Bodyvie, established in 1999 by Dr Andrew Weber, is a leading advanced medical and aesthetics clinic and one of the first cosmetic clinics in the UK. With more than two decades of clinical experience, the clinic has built a strong reputation for evidence-based treatments delivered by a multidisciplinary medical team.

Challenges

We were commissioned to design and build a high-performance website that truly reflects the brand, expertise, and range of services offered. Once the website was ready a strategic overhaul of all marketing (including organic and Google Ads) was needed.

How we did it

The solution

Following a comprehensive website review, we identified key challenges across design, content structure, and data management. Particular focus was placed on communicating effectively with different levels of consumers, from those with a basic understanding of the services to more informed users further along the decision-making journey who were familiar with the procedures and technologies involved.

We also took the initiative to enhance and supplement content where gaps existed, while restructuring existing material to improve clarity, engagement, and search engine visibility. In addition, significant attention was given to streamlining the site’s administration area, ensuring internal staff could easily and efficiently manage and update content across most areas of the website.

A comprehensive, nine-year digital campaign for Bodyvie, featuring a full website overhaul, SEO, Google Ads, and social media marketing, delivered outstanding performance improvements. The initiative successfully reduced the website’s bounce rate by 51% while simultaneously boosting the overall conversion rate by 61% from all channels. The campaign was particularly effective in driving qualified traffic, evidenced by a remarkable 134% increase in the conversion rate specifically from organic search.
