We developed an AI-powered recommendations optimisation project for the clinic, enabling personalised content and service suggestions based on user behaviour. The system adapts to different customer needs, guiding those with little prior awareness of our services, and those more technically informed through to conversion. We also audited existing content to identify gaps, restructured recommendation logic to prioritise high-intent material, and improved how relevant content is surfaced. The outcome: a 51% drop in bounce rate, a 61% lift in conversion rate, and a 134% increase in conversions coming from AI-guided user paths.
