Aesthetics Lab is a modern medical aesthetics clinic based in Primrose Hill, London, known for its considered, science-led approach to non-surgical treatments. The clinic places a strong emphasis on practitioner expertise, patient education, and subtle, natural-looking outcomes. Situated in one of London’s most desirable neighbourhoods, Aesthetics Lab combines a boutique experience with high clinical standards.

Challenges

A marketing campaign was needed to drastically increase the amount of enquiries and bookings for this aesthetic clinic. In the process, a website redesign was identified as a key component of the marketing optimisation, because the existing website was outdated and failing to deliver key business objectives.

The solution

A successful SEO, Google Ads and product-led campaign took place over the period of 3 years. The most challenging time was the first three months with initial marketing efforts to promote high value treatments failed. Instead, after a strategic lower value treatments were promoted resulting in a considerable increase in enquiries, bookings and revenue generated directly from search engine optimisation and search marketing.

For Aesthetics Lab, a campaign that faced intense initial challenges over the first three months ultimately became a story of great success. The integrated strategy of SEO, web design, and Google Ads drove a substantial 180% increase in organic search traffic. This high-quality traffic converted efficiently, resulting in an 84% rise in the conversion rate, while the cost-effectiveness of paid advertising also improved, with the Google Ads cost per acquisition (CPA) decreasing by 39%.
