  • Bad campaign set-up – When a campaign is not set up correctly it loses money instead of making. It is very easy to spend money without getting a result. All it takes is to choose the wrong time or audience or keyword and your money goes down the drain.
  • Wrong targeting – Knowing when and how to target different marketing channels, user demographics and other less visible but very important campaign attributes is very important. Targeting the wrong people will cost you.
  • Poor campaign execution/management – Marketing is a science that includes many factors such as timing, frequency, methodology and tracking. If those are not considered, the campaign is doomed.
  • Insufficient budget – Without enough budget, you cannot expand your client list and grow your clinic to the rate you want. Lack of marketing budget allocation is a key point of failure for new clinics or established businesses which fail to respond to market changes.
  • Incompetent staff – If the marketing agency or internal staff you have hired do not understand the industry or the art of marketing in itself, your clinic marketing performance will suffer as a result. Choose partnerships wisely or face delays and financial hardship.

It is important to understand the unique selling points of the aesthetic clinic and how they can be effectively communicated to the target customer base. Additionally, influencer collaborations could be used to increase visibility and reach a wider audience.

Paid advertising should also be considered as it can help increase visibility in search engine results pages (SERPs) and drive more traffic to the website.

Once these strategies are in place, it is important to measure their success in order to continuously improve them. This could involve tracking website visits, click-through rates, conversions etc. Additionally, potential roadblocks should be identified so that they can be navigated accordingly.

Finally, it might be necessary to change your marketing agency if necessary in order to ensure that all of these strategies are implemented correctly and efficiently.
